By accessing and using the Vibo Wine Lodge website, the user accepts the following terms and conditions. If the user is not in agreement, the user does not have the legal right to use the website.
Use of the Website
The Vibo Wine Lodge website is exclusively for the use of gathering information and reserving services. The reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other form of use of the website’s contents is strictly prohibited without previous written permission from Vibo Wine Lodge.
Reservations
Users must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation at Vibo Wine Lodge. Reservations are considered confirmed once the user has supplied the required information and corresponding payment information. Cancellation of a reservation may be subject to fees, and specific policies will be provided to the user at the time of reservation. Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out is no later than 12:00.
No external persons are permitted to stay as guests as the Lodge if they are not registered, and any situation that alters this arrangement must be communicated previously, with specific permission from Reception, and with payment made if required, and only if such a modification is permitted.
Rates and Payments
Rates published on the Vibo Wine Lodge website are displayed in local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and additional charges may apply, according to local regulations. Guests are responsible for providing valid payment information and guaranteeing adequate funds in order to cover the entirety of the reservation’s cost.
Privacy and Information Protection
Vibo Wine Lodge respects the privacy of its users, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection. Information provided by users will be only be used to process reservations and improve the user experience. Vibo Wine Lodge will not share any information with third parties except in cases when required by local regulations or by law.
Responsibility
Vibo Wine Lodge is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during a guest’s stay at Vibo Wine Lodge, or during their use of the website. The user recognizes and accepts that Vibo Wine Lodge is not responsible if any obligations are not met derived from the present terms and conditions, in the case of non-compliance caused by circumstances out of our control.
The Reception personnel are responsible for the correct functioning of the property, and are available to assist and guide users, whatever their needs. Please respect their indications.
The reasonable use of the installations implies cooperating in the maintenance and cleaning of the lofts and other common areas.
Any situation derived from incorrect use of the installations and/or services that result in damage or loss, will be penalized with a charge totaling 50% of the nightly fee, the immediate vacancy of the loft, as well as the cost of covering the damage.
We request that guests respect the quiet hours of the hotel, from 23:30, by not using the music equipment after this time.
Modifications
Vibo Wine Lodge reserves the right to modify the current terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice. The user is responsible for reviewing the updated terms and conditions prior to using the website.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
The current terms and conditions are subject to Chilean law. Any issue pertaining to the present terms and conditions will be resolved by the appropriate court in Chile.
